    Abdul Latief Malik, who worked as an Investigator with the National Sample Survey Organization (NSSO) under the Government of India and later with the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Department, was renowned for his honesty and humanity throughout Bhalessa. His contributions to society and his relentless pursuit of truth have left an indelible mark on the society.

    POONCH JULY 01:--In a Press statement issue here today  Advocate Azhar Usman Khan has lodged an urgent complaint regarding the use of substandard materials in the construction of the Bufliaz Phagla Mandi Road in Poonch district. In his grievance filed on June 30, Azhar highlights serious concerns about the quality and safety of the ongoing road project.

    According to the complaint, Azhar personally inspected the construction site and observed the use of low-standard materials, which he asserts compromises the road’s quality and safety. He calls for an immediate inquiry into the thickness of the pavement, protection wall, and cross drainage systems. He also points out the visible deterioration and apparent substandard materials being used, which he claims pose significant risks to the safety of travelers.

    His complaint further emphasizes the broader implications of these construction shortcomings, noting that they not only waste public funds but also endanger the lives of the local populace and visitors. He stresses the importance of infrastructural integrity for the community’s safety and urges the concerned authorities to initiate a thorough investigation.
