JAMMU OCTOBER 30:–The Department of Information and Public Relations in Jammu and Kashmir was established to implement the promotion of journalism and literary industry on the scale of the times, but today the journalist community feels ashamed of itself for describing its true picture before the eyes of people in India .

What is happening in the Jammu and Kashmir office of the Joint director Information Office Jammu is very far away from the view of the education sector? Officers who consider themselves educated are actually worse than illiterate and illiterate people who suffer from bad discipline. How many times has the matter been taken up in the public grievance court with all the evidence in the absence of this office, but the unfortunate situation is that it has become difficult to curb and control bribery under the present government.

The trouble is that the office of Joint Director Information Jammu has now become a huge mafia hub where dishonesty, untrustworthiness and lies are rampant. If we talk about developed countries, they understand the freedom of the press and even at the international level, the values of the media and real journalists are given a lot of attention, but what is happening in the Jammu and Kashmir Department of Information and Public Relations is a pity. In order to maintain complete darkness, unprofessional illiteracy in many unethical matters is being promoted, while many brutal tactics are being adopted to keep the pen closed on real journalists.

The number of officers working in the office of Joint director information Jammu is involved in tempering, forgery, molestation of government records, issuance of fraudulently appointment and promotion orders beside all above supplying the advertisement on the basis of commission to the blue eyed publications viz a viz the publications running by state and central government employees or employees of department of information.

Joint Director Information Jammu’s network is so big and wide that it is difficult for a common man to imagine or to understand. The red carpet chairs laid out in a multi-storied building in Bahu plaza Jammu and the security personnel are not less but inside. What is happening inside raises many questions on all the walls of things. Anyone who found out about the pictures hidden inside this fairy palace would lose everything?

That mafia master Joint director information Jammu is responsible to forced to close down the number of pro-national publications and pro state affairs publications under life threat to the journalists while as misleading the higher authorities by means of misuse of their official positions and several times manipulated cock and bull story and making the false replies to the addressing authorities of Jk grievances cell.

If we look at the fragility from the outside, government employees have also opened newspapers in the names of themselves or their wives and children, and have dedicated the public budget to their own names as well. The picture is so clear that the Anti-Corruption Bureau has also remained silent on the widespread corruption and corruption in the Department of Information and Public Relations of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Until today, many employees and bureaucrats of the Information Department have looted money and built houses and shops and have formulated worth crores of property in the state or outside state without any proper enquiry being initiated against them.

The mafia master joint Director information Jammu is providing the advertisement on the basis of commission  to the blue eyed for publications and is earning a lot every month.
