    Raqeeq Ahmed Khan demands fast track recruitment of all vacant posts in J&K

    JAMMU,OCTOBER 01:–  Apni Party Spokesperson and State Vice President Youth Wing, Raqeeq Ahmed Khan has demanded fast track recruitment on all the vacant posts in Jammu and Kashmir Govt’s different departments.
    In a statement issued here, Khan said that lakhs of vacancies are vacant in civil departments which require fulfilment of the vacant posts immediately.
    “With the advertisement of the vacant posts, the unemployed youth can be given employment in the Govt sector as J&K is mostly dependent upon the Govt sector,” he said.
    He said that the authorities should also educate people about the self-employment schemes launched by the Govt and help them in establishing small scale industrial units etc.
    He welcomed the statement of DGP JKP Dilbag Singh in which he claimed that 5000 new posts of constable and 2000 posts of Sub Inspectors have been referred for recruitment to different recruitment agencies.
    He however apprehended in the wake of recruitment scams that surfaced in various recruitments in J&K and triggered protests across the two regions.
    He appealed to the Govt to maintain the transparency in the recruitment process to restore the confidence among the unemployed youth.
    He said that the unemployment in J&K has increased manifolds and the Govt must consider referring all vacant posts to the recruitment agencies.

    RAJOURI OCTOBER 01:–Jammu & Kashmir Police Martyr’s Memorial Cricket tournament concluded today at DPL ground Rajouri.  Earlier the tournament started on 21.09.2023 and inaugurated by SSP Rajouri Amritpal Singh-IPS. Total 16 teams from across the District had been participated in the tournament. Two teams Moon Star and Jawahar Nagar reached in the final which was played today between both the teams in which Moon Star remained winner where as Jawahar Nagar remained runner up. Cash reward of Rs.20,000/= with trophy was handed over to the winner team while cash Rs.15,000/= and trophy was handed over to the runner up team.

    BUDGAM,OCTOBER  01: –DDC BK Pora budgam Saima Jan toured to Gogi bagh , Sultan Avenue budgam and took stock of development works.

    Saima Jan during her visit interacted with the locals and asked them about their feedback for the developmental works .

    The locals thanked her for her concern about their issues.

    RAJOURI, OCTOBER 01: –Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today led the cleanliness drive, as part of the ‘Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta Ek Sath’ initiative, encouraging individuals to donate one hour of their time towards community betterment.

    The event, held at four key locations – DC office complex, Bella Park, Old Bustand, and New Bus Stand, saw enthusiastic participation from various sectors of the community.

    At the DC office complex, the event was attended by the Commandant, CRPF 72 Bn Rajouri; Vivek Sakseena; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Imran Rashid Kataria; Chief Agriculture Officer, Sohan Singh; Assistant Director FCS&CA, Auqil Nuvaid and other officers.

    At Bella Park, the event witnessed the active participation of President MC Rajouri, Mohd Arief, along with councillors including Sanjay Sharma, Pushpinder Gupta, Mamta Dutt, Iftkar Dar, Mushtaq Ahmed and Rabia Kouser

    Similar events, echoing the spirit of community service and cleanliness, were successfully replicated at the other designated locations, bringing together residents, officials, and local authorities in a unified effort to keep Rajouri clean and beautiful.

    Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal also spoke passionately about the significance of cleanliness and sanitation, emphasizing their direct impact on the well-being and health of the community.

    He also expressed his gratitude to all participants and emphasized the importance of collective action in creating a cleaner and more vibrant Rajouri. He commended the dedication of all those who came forward to contribute their ‘Shram Daan.’
