    POONCH SEPTEMBER 18:–The Sports event was concluded under the able guidance of Director Youth Services and Sports, Subhash Chandra Chibber,(JKAS) Deputy Director Central Jitender Mishra (JKAS) and JD-YSS Jammu, Suram Chand Sharma(JKAS). and overall supervision of the event falls under the purview of DYSSO Poonch , Mohd Qasim.

    Chief Medical Officer Poonch Dr. Anees Altaf Nabi was the chief guest on closing ceremony of inter district division level distributed prizes among the winner and runner up teams snd also appricate the role of the department

    The competition conducted in the discipline of AAG Girls Hockey and U/14 Boys and U/14 Volleyball Boys.

    District Youth Services and Sports Officer Poonch Mohd Qasim thanks tall the departments who make the event successful like PHE, Health Department, Distt. Police and Municipal Council and also thanks the field staff of Department of Youth Services and Sports.

    RAJOURI, SEPTEMBER 18: To devise a vibrant action plan for the efficiency and impact of cooperative initiatives in the district, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today led a detailed review of the functioning of the Department.

    The review encompassed several vital aspects, including the establishment of new cooperative societies, the recovery of Non-Performing Asset (NPA) amounts from Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), and a thorough assessment of the implementation of various initiatives under the “Sehkar se Samriddhi” scheme.

    The meeting provided a valuable platform for stakeholders to discuss strategies for the formation and strengthening of new cooperative societies. The focus was on creating a robust network of cooperatives that could foster economic growth, self-sufficiency, and equitable development within the district.

    Another pivotal point of discussion revolved around the recovery of NPA amounts from PACS. The need for timely and efficient recovery mechanisms was emphasized to ensure the financial health and sustainability of these essential entities.

    Deputy commissioner Vikas Kundal also conducted an extensive review of the implementation of various initiatives falling under the “Sehkar se Samriddhi” scheme. These initiatives play a crucial role in uplifting the socio-economic status of the rural population, and their effective execution is integral to the development of the district.
