    SRINAGAR, JANUARY 15: –Prominent social activist-trade union leader Mohammad Altaf Dar has called on Prime Minister Office, HM Amit Shah, and appealed to LG Manoj Sinah to intervene. Recovery of State Land / Court Land Issue. In a statement issued here said that the people who have built residential houses and agricultural land on government land should be regularized in favor of the poor and indigent people in the current government. Mohammad Altaf Dar said that thousands of people will suddenly become homeless and landless with the return of government land. Mohammad Altaf Dar requested the PMO office, HM Govt of India office and LG Manoj Sinah that the government should categorize the state land i.e. residential land, agricultural land and commercial land. Commercial land should be handled according to their will. This practice of returning government land should end and the government should adopt a more humane approach in dealing with the issue of state land.

    جموں جنوری ۱۵: عام آدمی پارٹی کے سینئر رہنما سفیر چوہدری نے جموں میں پریس کانفرنس کر کے زمین کے متعلق سرکار کے نئے حکم نامے کو لے کر کہا کہ سرکار کی طرف سے جو شاہی حکم نامہ جاری کیا گیا ہے وہ ہرگز قابل قبول نہیں ہے انہوں نے کہا ایک طرف سرکار یہ کہہ رہی ہے کہ ان بڑے سرگناہوں کے اوپر شکنجہ کس رہے ہیں جنہوں نے سینکڑوں کنال سرکاری اراضی پر قبضہ کیا ہے چوہدری نے کہا دوسری طرف سرکار دیہی علاقوں میں ان لوگوں کو نوٹس جاری کر رہی ہے جن کے پاس ایک یا دو کنال زمین ہے اور وہ اس زمین پر کھیتی باڑی کرکے اپنا گزر بسر کر رہے ہیں اور کئی لوگوں کے پاس چار پانچ مرلہ زمین ہے جس پر وہ لوگ اپنا گھر بنا کر زندگی گزار رہے ہیں چوہدری نے کہا اس کے باوجود سرکار ان لوگوں کو زمین کا سرغنہ بتا رہی ہے اور ان لوگوں کو نوٹس جاری کر رہی ہے انہوں نے کہا سرکار کی طرف سے تحصیل مینڈھر تحصیل منڈی بمبر گلی کے لوگوں کو نوٹس جاری کیا ہے چوہدری نے کہا دیہی علاقہ کے لوگوں کے اندر سرکار کے اس طرح کے حکم نامہ اور نوٹس کو لے کر کافی دہشت کا ماحول ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ عوام کو اس طرح کے شاہی حکم ناموں سے ڈرنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ہم اپنی زمینوں کے تحفظ کے لیے کسی بھی حد تک جا سکتے ہیں انہوں نے سرکار سے اپیل کی کہ سرکار عوام سے ہوتی ہے اور عوام ہی اکثر ملک کی سرکار کو چنتی اور بدلتی ہے انہوں نے سرکار سے اپیل کی کہ شاہی حکم نامے کو واپس لیا جائے ورنہ اس کے نتائج اچھے نہیں ہوں گے ۔

    BUDHAL JANUARY 15:–The special camps will continue in the same locations on Monday and will also be held on January 17 and 18, Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Kewal Lower Farooq Inqlabi said.
    Ahead of the Panchayat elections, in Jammu and Kashmir special camps were held across Gram Panchayat Kewal Lower in Budhal Block of Rajouri District for voters to make changes in the draft electoral rolls on Sunday.
    Farooq Inqlabi said that in the special camps officials of Rural Development Department with the help of all Booth Level Officers covered 4 polling stations across the Panchayat. The camps were held from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. where forms for enrolment, deletion and correction in the electoral roll were made available for the voters and officials received 160 forms for enrolment as first time voters.

    The special camps will continue in the same locations on Monday and will also be held on January 16 and 17 Farooq said.
