    Kishtwar December 03 :–SSP Kishtwar visited Dachhan area and reviewed security scenario of PP Patimhalla, PP Dangdoru,SOG Camp Tandar & PS Dachhan.

    During the visit SSP Kishtwar also held a Public meeting with locals of the area and gave patent hearing to their issues and assured them police related issues will be met on priority and those related to civil administration will be taken up with the concerned department for early redressal.

    SSP Kishtwar Shafqat Hussain Batt-JKPS also attended the Grand Finale of Kunj Lal Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament as chief guest where the final match of the event was played between Parihar 11 of Dachhan team and Chatroo 11 in which team Chatroo 11 emerged victorious. The participants were awarded with suitable cash reward, medals & momentos.

    Those who attended the event included Major Army 17 RR, IC Principal Govt Girl High School Dachhan, SHO PS Dachhan, Sarpanches & respectable persons of the area.

    While addressing the participants, SSP Kishtwar Shafqat Hussain Batt-JKPS informed the audience that the main aim behind holding such programmes is to move a step further towards the betterment of society for creating the general awareness among the people and to provide a platform to the young, budding and enthusiastic youths by showcasing their talent and also announced that Kishtwar Police will shortly organize a T20 tournament with no entry fees in Dachhan……..

    ضلع نائب صدر پی ڈی پی محمد فاروق انقلابی نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ سیالکوٹ پاکستان میں موب لنچنگ کے واقعہ نے انہیں بہت تکلیف دی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ تمام قصوروار قانون کے مطابق سخت ترین سزا کے مستحق ہیں۔

    فاروق انقلابی نے کہا کہ اس واقعے نے انہیں ’’درد‘‘ پہنچایا ہے۔ “اس نے دوسروں کو بھی دکھ پہنچایا ہے۔ قصورواروں کو سخت سے سخت سزا ملنی چاہیے۔ سیالکوٹ میں ایک سری لنکن شہری کو تشدد کرکے ہلاک کر دیا گیا اور اس کے جسم کو اس وقت آگ لگا دی گئی جب سینکڑوں لوگوں کے ہجوم نے توہین مذہب کے الزام میں غیر ملکی شہری پر حملہ کر دیا۔ انہوں نے مزید مطالبہ کیا کہ نام نہاد اسلامسٹ پارٹی آف پاکستان پر فوری پابندی عائد کی جائے۔

    فاروق انقلابی نے کہا کہ عدم برداشت آج کل کا کلچر بن چکا ہے۔ یہ موت، نسل کشی، تشدد، مذہبی ظلم و ستم کے ساتھ ساتھ مختلف سطحوں پر تصادم کا سبب بن رہا ہے۔ کبھی یہ نسلی اور نسلی ہوتا ہے، کبھی مذہبی اور نظریاتی ہوتا ہے اور کبھی سیاسی اور سماجی ہوتا ہے۔ وجہ کچھ بھی ہو، ہر حالت میں عدم برداشت تکلیف دہ ہوتی ہے۔

    انہوں نے کہا کہ قرآن تمام انسانوں کے بنیادی وقار کی بات کرتا ہے قطع نظر اس کے کہ وہ کسی بھی نسل، رنگ، زبان یا نسل سے ہوں۔ شریعت تمام لوگوں کے جان، مال، خاندانی عزت اور ضمیر کے حق کو تسلیم کرتی ہے۔ اسلام نے شروع ہی سے مذہب کی آزادی کی ضمانت دی ہے۔

    Handwara December 03:–Every year, on 3rd of December, Advocates day is celebrated throughout the country with great enthusiasm and vigour, to commemorate birth anniversary of eminent lawyer and first President of India, Dr Rajindra Prasad.

    Chairman, Centre for Research on Public Policy (CRoPP), Adv Abdul Majid Banday said, “although this day, no holiday is observed, but it is specially dedicated to the lawyers. He added, “this day is commemorated to look into the the dedication, consistency and hard work of legal fraternity”. While commenting on the broader role of legal fraternity Mr Banday, laid emphasis on the duties of advocates, as officers of the court, in delivering justice to the people at large”.

    Vice- Chairman, Adv Mir Imran said, “this day is special for all lawyers and advocates throughout the country”.” He added, “we need to celebrate this day with vigour and enthusiasm to highlight the role of legal fraternity within the courts and in public domain to let the world know about the role of legal fraternity”. “Role of advocates in a society need to be highlighted through various programmes and their professional life and hardwork needs to be appreciated.” Mr Mir voiced.

    General Secretary, Adv Najemu Saqib said, “people associated with administration of justice have a huge role to play in these testing times. We need to restore honour and dignity of lawyers so that people will repose their trust on legal community. Our primary focus must be “to minimise the gap between lawyers and public and within the legal fraternity itself”. We equally need to educate the masses about the hardwork advocates put during the course of administration of justice”, Mr Saqib added.

    Spokesperson, Tauseef Ahmad War, while commenting on the importance of this day reteriated, “role of lawyers within the legal fraternity, their relationship with allied departments and with public at large needs to be discussed in appropriate forums”. Lawyers need to work endlessly for the smooth functioning of administration of justice”. Additionally, “Govt must ensure that any pandemic situation may not create a situation where lawyers suffer like Covid-19 has been doing from the past several years, said Mr War.

    Team, CRoPP will leave no stone unturned to let the world know about the contribution of our great jurists. To reach this end, CRoPP will arrange different programmes, seminars and debates to highlight the role of legal fraternity in shaping the society.

    RAJOURI/BUDHAL DECEMBER 03:– District Vice President PDP Mohammad Farooq Inqlabi, in a statement said that mob-lynching incident in Sialkot Pakistan had pained him. He said that all the guilty deserved the severest punishment in accordance with law.

    Farooq Inqlabi said that the incident has “pained” him. “It has saddened others too. Guilty should get severest punishment. A Sri Lankan national was tortured to death in Sialkot and his body was set on fire after a hundreds-strong mob attacked the foreign national over blasphemy allegations. He further demanded immediate ban on so called Islamist Party of Pakistan.

    Farooq Inqlabi said that Intolerance has become the culture of the day. It is causing death, genocide, violence, religious persecution as well as confrontations at different levels. Sometimes it is racial and ethnic, sometimes it is religious and ideological, and sometimes it is political and social. Whatever may be the reason, intolerance is painful in each situation.

    He said that Qur’an speaks about the basic dignity of all human beings regardless of their race, colour, language or ethnicity. The Shari’ah recognizes the right to life, property, family honour and conscience of all people. From the very beginning, freedom of religion has been guaranteed by Islam.

    جموں//عالمی یوم ِ معذوران پر3دسمبر کو سرمائی راجدھانی جموں میں مزارِ شہدا’بلیدان ستھمب‘احاطہ میں گلوبل پیس آرگنائزیشن نے میگا کیمپ کا اہتمام کیا جس میں قاسم نگر، گورکھا نگر، راجیو نگر، نروال، آر ایس پورہ، وجے پور، بٹھنڈی اور جموں کے دیگر علاقہ جات سے معذور افراد نے شرکت کی۔پروگرام کو دو حصوں میں تقسیم کیاگیاتھا، پہلی نشست میں بیداری پروگرام منعقد ہوا جس کی صدارت جموں وکشمیر ہائی کورٹ بار ایسو سی ایشن کے صدر ایڈووکیٹ ایم کے بھارد واج نے کی۔ جموں وکشمیر ہینڈی کیپڈ ویلفیئر ایسو سی ایشن کے آرسی شرما اعزازی مہمان تھے اور رکھشندا مہک جس نے فرانس میں منعقدہ عالمی جوڈو چمپئن شپ میں برونز میڈل لایا، بطور خاص مہمان موجود تھیں۔نظامت کے فرائض گلوبل پیس آرگنائزیشن کے کنوئنر ایڈووکیٹ الطاف حسین جنجوعہ نے انجام دیئے ۔ استقبالیہ چیئرمین ایڈووکیٹ شیخ الطاف حسین اور شکریہ تحریک نائب صدر ایڈووکیٹ راشی بھارو نے پیش کی۔آر سی شرما نے جموں وکشمیر میں معذور افراد کو درپیش مشکلات ومسائل کو اُجاگر کرتے ہوئے قانون کی من وعن عمل آوری، ماہانہ پنشن میں اضافہ کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا۔ ایم کے بھاردواج نے اپنے خطاب میں اِس نوعیت کا پروگرام منعقد کرنے پر گلوبل آرگنائزیشن کی پوری ٹیم کو مبارک باد پیش کی ۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ وہ معذور افراد کی فلاح وبہبودی کے لئے گلوبل پیس آرگنائزیشن کے ساتھ مل کر ہرممکن قانونی رہنمائی فراہم کریں گے اور ایک مفاد عامہ عرضی بھی دائر کی جائے گی۔ایڈووکیٹ شیخ الطاف حسین نے اِس دن کی اہمیت اور پروگرام منعقد کرنے کے مقصد پر روشنی ڈالی۔دوسری نشست میں معذور افراد کا طبی معائنہ کیاگیا اور اُنہیں مفت ادویات فراہم کی گئیں۔ میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ ڈی آر ڈی او کویڈ کیئر اسپتال ڈاکٹر دیپک کمار، معروف فزیشن ڈاکٹر محمد اقبال، نیفرالوجسٹ اور ڈائریکٹر پلس اسپتال جموں ڈاکٹر یونس علی نے مریضوں کا جنرل طبی معائنہ کیااور ادویات فراہم کیں۔ مشہور ڈینٹل سرجن ڈاکٹر محمود ریاض وانی اور ڈاکٹر پنکھوڑی سیٹھی نے دانتوں کا معائنہ کیا۔ مفت لیگل ایڈ کیمپ میں ایڈووکیٹ تریشی گپتا اور ایڈووکیٹ راشی بارو نے کئی قانونی امور جن میں معاوضہ ،معذوری سند، پنشن، بچوں کی تعلیم اور دیگر مسائل سنے اور اُنہیں قانونی رہنمائی فراہم کی۔ کیمپ کے اختتام پر معذور افراد میں غذائی اجناس بھی تقسیم کی گئی۔گلوبل پیس آرگنائزیشن نے ملکی سطح پر 13گولڈ میڈل جیتنے والی گجرنگر جموں کی کھلاڑی رکھشندامہک اور اُن کے کوچ سریندر بہن سنگھ کی عزت افزائی کی گئی ۔رکھشندامہک نہ سُن سکتی ہے نہ بول سکتی ہے مگر پھر بھی اُس نے جوڈو میں شاندار کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کیاہے اور اب عالمی سطح پر ملکی نمائندگی کا اعزاز حاصل کرکے جموں وکشمیر کا نام روشن کیا۔
