    SURANKOTE NOVEMBER 21:– Today District Development Council (DDC)Chairperson Poonch Mrs Tazeem Akhter attended Annual Day program at “The Indian School of Excellence” Surankote as a chief guest.

    On this occasion, DDC member gave a motivational speech to the students in order to inspire them.

    DDC Chairperson congratulated the Principal , Chairman & Staff Members of Institution that they had successfully completed the Covid Pandemic tenure by providing online classes to the students so that their education won’t be suffered.

    On this occasion along with DDC Chairperson, DDC Member Adv. Sohail Malik , President Private Academic Institution Poonch Waheed Ahmed Banday , MN Qureshi & many other personalities of our District were present.

    Ramban, November 21:–A meeting of Jammu and kashmir rehabar -e- taleem teachers forum(JKRETTF) district unit Ramban was held in Ramban today in which teachers and representatives of all the 6 zones of the district participated.
    According to a press statement issued here the meeting was chaired by Forum District President Ramban Farooq Ahmed Rouniyal and was attended by forum UT chief Spokesperson MA Wani, Advisor Mushtaq Ahmed Malik, Bihari Lal Sharma, Hafeez-ur-Rehman Mohd Amin Naik and other senior members and forum Zonal Presidents and Executive members.
    Speakers on the occasion highlighted various pending issues of teachers and appealed chief education Officer Ramban and director school Education Jammu to redress these issues immediately. They said that some EV teachers are now on the verge of retirement, they said and adding that their conversion files are licking dust in the offices and the teachers are in verge of starvation. They said that some files of regularization and conversion into TG2 are also pending in chief education officers office in Ramban and at DSEJ.They appealed for immediate intervention in this matter.Speakers also highlighted some other issues which includes implementation of transfer policy and five years of service inclusion.Forum representatives thanked forum chairman FA Tantray for highlighting the issues of teachers with higher ups and assured every possible suport from the district .

    Kishtwar November. 21:–As a part of public outreach progtamme, Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) Meeting was held at different villages i.e Tander, Soundar & Dilgoot area of Dachhan.

    SSP Kishtwar Shafqat Hussain Bhat-JKPS visited Dachhan area to review the security of Police station, Police Pickets & SOG camps of Dachhan area and also held interaction with cricket players of the area.

    Latter on SSP Kishtwar Mr. Bhat-JKPS accompanied by SDPO Marwah Nissar Khoja & SHO PS Dachhan Insp Vikram Singh held Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) at different villages i.e Tandar, Soundar & Dilgoot area of Dachhan.

    The meeting was attended by the respectable persons, Sarpanches, Panches and youth of the areas. During the meeting the participants raised various issues and SSP Mr. Bhat-JKPS gave patient hearing to them and assured the participants that the Police related issues will be met on priority and issues related to civil administration will be taken up with the concerned department through district Administration for their early redressal.

    During the meeting SSP Kishtwar Shafqat Hussain Bhat-JKPS also aware the participants about evil activities and urged to avoid drug addiction, alcoholism and to refrain from indulging in anti national activities. The participants were advised to remain alert in this regard and also seek the assistance of participants by sharing timely information of those miscreants whose activities are anti social in the society so that Police may take action as per law against these persons

    Thereafter SSP Kishtwar thanked the people their participation and valuable suggestions.

    At the end, the participants appreciated the efforts of Kishtwar Police to build a connection bridge between the public and further expressed that such meetings should be continued in future also.
