POONCH OCTOBER 07:–Chairman Haq Insaaf Council Advocate Syed Zeshan has condemned the killing of six civilians within 72 hours in Kashmir Valley. He sympathized with the families who have lost their loved ones in such acts of hypocrisy by Anti National Elements.
He further said for how long it will take to identify the Murderers of innocent civilians killed with intension to disrupt law and order of trouble torn Union Territory Jammu Kashmir.
He lambasted security agencies for their utter failure to safeguard the lives of civilians and demanded LG Administration to fix responsibility of High Brass Officer’s assigned with the job to ensure safety and security of common masses residing in Jammu Kashmir.
While taking strict view of civilian killing in Anantnag he said, Kashmir Police is trying hard to cover up Murder of Yasir Ali killed by using excessive force.May be Yasir was a child of lesser God.
What is the value of a human life in kashmir, When bullets of India and Pakistan equally killing residents of Jammu Kashmir.He said those killing Innocents in the name of Islam are the worst creatures and stooges of Political Warfare, But at the same time we are unable to understand what the hell security agencies are doing if civilians are mostly killed by Unknown Gunmen, What is unknown gunmen, From where does they come, Where does they live, Which organization they belong to, Unknown is a mystery which needs to be resolved.

RAJOURI OCTOBER 07:–Since January this year, the Rajouri District Administration has cancelled illegal revenue entries of 57,344 Kanals of forest land under Rajouri Forest Division after the Forest department has sought the cancellation of illegal entries of the encroached forest land on Court’s directions.
The process is still in progress and it is expected many more such illegal entries in the revenue records will be cancelled in Rajouri Forest Division in future.
After directions from the High Court, all the Divisional Forest Officers (DFOs) of Jammu region were instructed by the higher authorities of the Forest Department to approach the concerned Deputy Commissioners for the cancelation of illegal entries in the revenue record and further mutations in favour of Forest Department.
Dr Arshdeep Singh, DFO Rajouri Forest Division informed that the District Administration (Revenue Department) has informed about the cancellation of illegal revenue entries on 47,344 Kanals of forest land in Rajouri Forest Division till date.
“The administration is still in the process to cancel the illegal revenue entries of the forest land under Rajouri Division and more details would be available in the future” said DFO, Rajouri.
As per details available about 1151 persons, including influential, have encroached the 57344 Kanals of forest land illegally in Rajouri, Kalakot, and Kandi-Budhal tehsils.
Out of 57344 Kanals of encroached forest land, 189 persons had encroached 12414 Kanals in Kalakot, 798 persons had encroached 40671 Kanals in Rajouri and 164 persons had encroached 4258 Kanals of forest land illegally in Kandi.
Forest Department under the Chairmanship of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests with one member secretary and three members have constituted a committee for the protection of forest land against illegal encroachment.

BUDHAL OCTOBER 07:–Nutrition was distributed today in the Anganwadi Centers of Gram Panchayat Kewal Tarn in Block Budhal of Rajouri District under the supervision of Sarpanch Muhammad Farooq Inqalabi.

Talking to media, Farooq Inqalabi said that he has been procuring nutrition for Anganwadi Centers through the Nutrition Procurement Committee for two consecutive years which is benefiting the people of the Gram Panchayat. He said that procurement of nutrition at the panchayat level would benefit the local traders and help in distributing good quality nutrition in the Anganwadi Centers. He said that all the sarpanches of Rajouri district want to procure nutrition through the nutrition procurement committees but some officials of the district ICDS Programme with the connivance of a few shopkeepers try to put up various obstacles due to which the committees formed in the panchayats Can’t buy. Farooq Inqlabi appealed to all the sarpanches of the district Rajouri to procure nutrition for the Anganwadi Centers through nutrition procurement committees constituted in the Gram Panchayats so that the people as well as the local traders could benefit. He said that if the sarpanch would procure nutrition at the panchayat level, he is ready to help the sarpanches.
