    Expresses sympathy with the bereaved family members

    JAMMU, AUGUST 15:– Apni Party has expressed deep shock over the demise of spiritual leader and religious scholar, Mian Bashir Ahmed Larvi Sahab.

    The condolence meeting was presided over by Apni Party Vice President and Former Minister Choudhary Zulfikar Ali in which the leaders and workers prayed for the peace of the departed soul and expressed their sympathy with the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.

    The Apni Party leaders garlanded the photo of Mian Sahab as a mark of respect and remembered his contribution during the condolence meeting.

    Speaking on the occasion, Zulfikar Ali said that Mian sahab’s demise has come as a shock for everyone in Jammu and Kashmir.

    “Mian Bashir Ahmed Larvi was a religious scholar and a known personality who had followers from across Jammu and Kashmir irrespective of religious barriers. He was admired and followed by the people for his work, spirituality and contribution to the society,” said Zulfikar Ali.

    He said that his demise has created a void in the society which cannot be fulfilled.
    He said that “We have lost an influential personality who carried forward the mission of peace and unity in the society.”

    Other leaders in the condolence meeting also expressed their grief and sorrow over the demise of such a luminary religious scholar who people from across the society followed with great respect.

    Within three days, the second alleged murder of 22-year-old has been reported from Hanjana village under Nowshera police station jurisdiction in Rajouri district in the afternoon today.
    The deceased has been identified as Akash Kumar s/o Joginder of village Rajal and driver by profession.
    At the time of the incident (alleged murder) the deceased was driving a water tanker from Hanjana to Rajal along with his two colleagues.
    All the three are working in a brick kiln at Rajal and deceased’s colleagues were identified as Sa s/o Mohd Din and Vikas Ali s/o Mohd Azam both are also residents of Rajal.
    People saw Akash lying in a pool of blood on the road side & informed the police.
    After legal formalities police brought the body to sub district hospital at Nowshera for medico-legal formalities for further investigation in the suspicious death of Akash.
    Family members, relatives, and the people, who held protest demonstrations at the Nowshera bus stand and at Rajal simultaneously, where they blocked the Jammu-Poonch highway, alleged that Akash was allegedly killed by his colleagues and demanded their arrest.
    One person (colleague) has been arrested and police party is on job to arrest the second. Tehsildar has been asked to prepare a case/file at the earliest to be forwarded to the Deputy Commission for immediate relief,” said Sukhdev Singh Samyal, Additional DC, Nowshera.
    According to reliable sources, the police initially was to investigate the incident under section 304A IPC but after massive protests and allegations of murder, the police have registered a case under section 302 IPC (murder).
    The Police have started an investigation from every angle.
    On August 24 year old Ankush Bakshi was allegedly killed brutally by some unidentified persons in village Chakli at about 1 am.
