Poonch April 04:–Department of Computer Science, Govt. Degree College Poonch in Collaboration with Sheikh Computers Association Technology-Poonch organized a webinar on “Intellectual Property right & Innovation Practices”, the first lecture for Series of lectures on “Advances in Computational Science”. which was attended by more than 100 participants including students, teacher of various colleges and other institutions. The event organised & managed by Dr. Tariq Hussain Sheikh faculty Department of Computer Science and IT, Government Degree College Poonch. In his inaugural speech Dr. Tariq Hussain Sheikh elaborated the concepts of Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic science, Cloud computing technology, Internet of thing etc.
Prof. Ramesh Chander Panda Dean Research & Development cell, Synergy Institute of Engineering & Technology Dhenkan, Odisha, India gave his expert talk. In his talk, Prof Panda explained various types of innovations invented by him and his students which genuinely solve the societal problems and helpful for the development of the nation includes Iot based solar assisted sustainable digital robot for spraying, seeding, harvesting & monitoring indigenous thermal matterss to prevent neonatal hypothermia, cost effective water filtration using industrial flyash waste, self- cleaning and germ assisted all natural clay cool refrigeration system, detecting covid-19 from chest x-ray using CNNS etc.
Prof. Mussaraf Hussain Shah, Principal Government Degree College Poonch, appreciated the organizing committee for such a fruitful event and advised to organise more such type of events in future also

Srinagar April 04:– Social activist Ruheena Shahzad issued a statement said that JKUT Govt should provide basic facilities in far flung areas of tral,We should focus on realistics issues that affects the day to day lives of the common people. People have suffered for long now. Union territory government want to strictly follow the outreach program in order to listen and readdress the greviences of common people. It’s time to give peace and progress a chance.
Ruheena Shahzad appealed LG JKUT Manoj Sinha ji to provide basic facilities to people in far flung areas of tral as soon as possible.

Police continues drive against violators of COVID19 SOPs
Rajouri April 04 :–In order to enforce use of face masks and adherence to COVID 19 protocols, Jammu and Kashmir police in Rajouri fined several violators on Sunday.
Special teams have been constituted at all police stations and police posts level for awareness generation and enforcement. During the drive, several violators were intercepted for not wearing face masks and violators were fined on the spot.
In the areas of PS Rajouri and PP Lamberi alone, the police team fined violators and realised fine to the tune of Rs. 10,500/- (Ten thousand five hundred) and Rs. 17,000/- (Seventeen thousand rupees) respectively. Similar drives were also carried out in the jurisdictions of Police Stations Kalakote, Sunderbani, Budhal, Manjakote and Darhal.

Bunjwah Youth Association organised talent hunt exhibition, Honoured students for their best performance
BUNJWAH 04 April 04:– In a simple but most impressive event, Bunjwah Youth Association today organized a talent hunt exhibition at Dramni Nali, where Tehsildar Bunjwah Shri Irshad Ahmed Butt was Chief Guest.
The event was organisied to boost the hidden talent of students and encourages them for their best performance.
On the occasion, Mafzala, Mageesa (twin) Payal Kumari, Mohd Rateeb, Sheema Khursheed, Sehrish Tabassum tooks part in cultural events. Mohd Kaleemullah, student of class 7th runs the hand made L&T machine made by using waste papers, drip pipes and syrenges.
A gesture of award and apperication was presented to students in general and Mohd Kaleemullah in particular for this best performance and making of L&T Machine.
On the occasion Naib Tehsildar Bunjwah Bashir Ahmed, Field Patwari Abid Veri, Mohd Hanief Butt, I/C Cluster Head Binoon Zakir Hussain Mir, Executive Members of Bunjwah Youth Association including Ram Singh, Tariq Mir, Khursheed Batakh, Ishtyaq Wani, Shafqat Sheikh, Sanjeet Kumar, Mohd Ashraf, Mohd Asif, Irfan Ahmed and others.
Mr. Ashiq Wani Executive Member of Bunjwah Youth Association acted as Stage Secretary and overall responsibility of organising talent hunt exhibition.
Meanwhile Tehsildar Bunjwah appreciated the role of Association for highlighting the developmental issues of Bunjwah and organising such events to boost the talent of students across Bunjwah region.
