MANDI, Aug 03: –NYV Mohammad Adil Hamdani from Nehru Yuva Kendra Poonch MOYAS,(Govt. Of India) has greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
In a press statement,Mohd Adil Hamdani has expressed hope that the festival will strengthen the bond of brotherhood among the people of Jammu and Kashmir.AdiL said that the festival represents a symbol of unity between brothers and sisters and the occasion, gives an example to the entire society to unite for common good i.e. peace and prosperity.
He hoped that the occasion would usher an era of peace and development in J&K. Meanwhile, he appealed to the people to follow social distancing norms and wear face marks while celebrating the festival to avoid contraction with the covid19.

Month Long Lockdown in Rajouri “Is this a Complete Failure Of District Administration”

How we can justify month long lock-down 2 ?
Total failure is on part of Rajouri District Administration in tackling the situation arised after COVID-19.On 2nd of July one CRPF presonal came postive and after that since 4th of july Rajouri market is facing complete shut down due to lock down .The way district administration is facing the challenge of Covid19 is quite negligent . Majority of shopkeepers from Rajouri Market are facing acute economic crisis and no one is here to redress their grievances . There was need of only 3/5 days lockdown and not month long lock-down after the incident of 4th of july in which speedy contact tracing of people was required who either got in contact with CRPF personal or joined lunch hosted by said personal . After getting contacts traced , rapid sampling and aggressive testing of same was required followed by home quarntine of these fellows till the outcome of results of samples . Positive persons from these tests be sent to COVID CARE CENTERS established by District Administration for required treatment and rest whole town be unlocked with new SOP having guidelines of maintaining Social Distancing , Weekend Lock Down etc .Mumbai , Delhi like metro cities facing climax of Covid 19 too have not faced Rajouri like situation of month long Lock Down 2 . Besides shopkeepers , employees , labourers as well as vendors associated with them are at the verge of starvation . It is assured by businessmen community of Rajouri Town that they have co-operated District Administration in past and will co-operate in future too in every way to defeat Covid19 . But sometimes timely inaction and wrong decession leads to big revolt and so it is humble request from all the shopkeepers as well as their associates to DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION to keep their miseries in their account and redress them at the earliest .
