میں نے آج اپنے اس مضمون کا عنوان “بقاء کی جنگ” اس لئے چنا کہ پچھلے کچھ عرصہ سے میں دیکھ رہا ہوں کہ کچھ لوگ برادری ،علاقہ اور زبان کو بنیاد بنا کر ایک ایسی جنگ میں مصروف ہیں جس میں ہر ایک کی کوشش رہتی ھے کہ وہ اپنے مخالف کو نیچا دکھانے میں کامیاب ہوسکے اور یہ ثابت کرسکے کہ محض اسکی زبان اور اسکی برادری ہی مقدم ھے باقی سب ہیچ ۔
ایسی صورت حال سے سوشل میڈیا بہت زیادہ متاثر نظر آتا ھے جس پر مختلف گروپس یا گروہ بنا کر اپنے اپنے موقف کی تشہیر کی جاتی ھے ۔ یہ وباء خطہء پیر پنجال میں زیادہ عروج پر ھے جہاں ۔مختلف زبانوں اور برادریوں کے بیچ ایک بہت بڑے پیمانے پر جنگ چھڑ چکی ھے اور ان تمام باتوں سے بے خبر اس جنگ میں مصروفِ عمل ہیں اور یہ نہیں جانتے کہ مستقبل قریب میں اس ریاست میں نہ صرف انکی زبانوں کا چلن ہوگا بلکہ یہاں مراٹھی، بنگالی، ملیالم، بہاری اور نہ جانے کیا کیا زبانیں بولی،لکھی اور پڑھی جائیں گی۔۔۔
ابھی گزشتہ دنوں کسی مقامی اخبار میں یہ خبر چھپی کہ کسی ایک شخص نے عدالتِ عُظمی میں مفادِ عامہ کی ایک عرضی اس بناء پر دائر کردی کہ صوبہ جموں میں چونکہ ڈوگری اور ہندی زبان بولنے والوں کی اکثریت ھے لہذا اردو کے بجائے ہندی زبان کو سرکاری زبان کا درجہ دیا جائے اور اسکولوں اور کالجوں کی سطح پر اسے زبانِ اول اور اردو کو ایک اختیاری زبان کی حیثیت سے رکھا اور پڑھایا جائے ۔۔۔
اردو جو کہ ہماری شناخت ھے اور ہمارا بیشتر مذہبی، تمدنی، تقافتی، تہزیبی ورثہ کو محفوظ کئے ہوئے ھے اسی کو ختم کرنے کی کوششیں جاری ہیں اور عدالت نے سرکار کے نام یہ حکمنامہ بھی جاری کردیا ھے کہ اس بات کو دھیان میں رکھتے ہوئے اپنی رائے سے عدالت کو آگاہ کرے ۔۔۔
اگر خدانخواستہ ایسا ہوجاتا ھے اور یہ بات مان لی جاتی ھے جیسا کہ عرضی گزار نے خواہش ظاہر کی ھے تو ہماری آنے والی نسلوں کا مستقبل کیا ہوگا کیا کسی نے اس بات پر دھیان دیا۔۔۔۔اپنی شناخت اور وراثت کا ایک حصہ ہم کچھ نا عاقبت اندیش سیاستدانوں کی وجہ سے گنوا بیٹھے ہیں اور وہ زبان جو ہماری تہذیبی اثاثہ ھے اسکو بھی گنوانے کے درپے ہیں بڑے افسوس کی بات ھے اور ہمارے قومی مفکرین کو اس بات کا ذرہ برابر بھی احساس نہیں ھے کہ آنےوالی نسلیں انہیں کس طور یاد کریں گی۔۔۔۔۔آنے والا وقت ہمیں کن مشکلات سے دوچار کرے گا اور کس طرح اپنی بقاء کی خاطر جنگ لڑنی پڑے گی کسی کو اس بات کا ابھی گمان بھی نہیں ھے اور ہم سب اپنی اپنی عالاقائی سوچ میں جکڑے ہوئے اپنی اپنی بولی اپنی اپنی برادری کو ایکدوسرے پر سبقت لے جانے کی فکر میں ہیں اور نئے طریقے سے سیاسی قلا بازیاں کھانے میں مصروف ہیں اور اس مداری کے بندر کی طرح جسے وہ اپنی ڈگڈگی پر نچاتا ھے ناچ رہے ہیں اور اپنے انجام سے بالکل بے خبر ہیں اور سوچتے ہیں کہ ہماری ہر بیماری کا علاج سیاست میں مضمر ھے جبکہ ایسا ہر گز نہیں ھے اگر ہوتا تو آج سات دہائیوں سے اوپر کاعرصہ گزر چکا اور ہم سیاست کی وجہ سے بجائے آگے جانے کے پیچھے ہی ہٹے ہیں اور ہمارا کتنا نقصان ہوچکا سوچ کر ہی لرزہ طاری ہوجاتا ھے۔۔۔۔۔
بقول علامہ اقبال۔۔۔۔۔۔
“حقیقت خرافات میں کھو گئی
یہ امت روایات میں کھو گئی”۔۔۔۔
ابھی بھی وقت ھے کہ ہم سب اپنا محاسبہ کریں اور ایک مجموعی سوچ کو اجاگر کریں جو علاقہ ، ذات،برادری اور زبان سے بالاتر ہو اور جس میں ہم سب کی خیر ہو یہ تبھی ممکن ھے جب ہم سب تمام تر تفرکات اور گروہ بندیوں کو چھوڑ کر اکٹھے ہوکر اپنی بقاء کی جنگ لڑیں اور اس میں سرخرو ہوجائیں نہیں تو آنے والی نسلیں کسی بھی صورت ہمیں معاف نہیں کریں گی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
میری خواہش ھے کہ صاحبِ رائے حضرات میرا یہ مضمون پڑھ کر اپنی قیمتی رائے سے ضرور نوازیں گے ۔ میرا مقصد ہرگز کسی کی دل شکنی کرنا نہیں بلکہ حالاتِ حاضرہ کی خبر دینا تھا سو میں نے وہ فریضہ انجام دیا۔۔۔۔۔

Revenue camp for issue of domicile certificate at surankote

SURANKOTESurankote July 13:-On the directions of Rahul Yadav, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, a special revenue camp for issuance of Domicile Certificates was organised on 13.07. 2020 at Surankote. Advance information was given to the public of area through Lamberdars and Chowkidars of areas and Patwaries of the Halqas concerned. A large number of people of villages Samote, Surankote, Gonthal, and Potha participated in the camp. As many as 715 Domicile Certificates were issued to the applicants in the camp. Besides Chairman Surankote Muncipality, Mumtaz Ahmed Chowdhary, the ward Councillors of the area were also present in the camp. All the participants appreciated the decision of Tehsil Administration and particularly of the District Development Commissioner, Poonch for his directions to the field administration to serve the people at the door steps by holding of the special camps during the prevailing pandemic. The public hoped for such camps in future also. The camp was held under the chairmanship of Tehsildar Surankote, Sh. Sheraz Ahmed Chauhan. Naib Tehsildar Surankote,Sh . Tarif Hussain Shah, Naib Tehsildar Probationer, Sh. Parvaiz Ahmed and Patwaries of concerned Halqas as well as officials of Tehsil Surankote were present on the occasion and assisted the smooth functioning of the camp. SDM Surankote, Sh. Saleem Ahmed Quraishi , KAS, also appreciated the holding of camp at the main town of Surankote. He assured the public that such camps will also be held in future but at the same time asked for maintaining of social distance on priority.

Real Ayodhya in Nepal, Lord Ram not Indian: Nepal PM Oli

July 13 :–Stoking a controversy, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Monday said that the “real” Ayodhya lies in Nepal and not in India. He also went on to say that Lord Ram was Nepali and not Indian. He was born in Thori in southern Nepal, Oli said. The embattled prime minister was speaking at an event on the birth anniversary of Nepalese poet Bhanubhakta at the Prime Minister’s residence in Kathmandu. Oli said that Nepal “has become a victim of cultural encroachment and its history has been manipulated.”“Although the real Ayodhya lies at Thori in the west of Birgunj, India has claimed the Indian site as the birthplace of Lord Ram,” Oli said.
We also believe that deity Sita got married to Prince Ram of India. Actually, Ayodhya is a village lying west of Birgunj,” he said, adding that the marriage between bride and bridegroom at such a distance was not possible at the time when there was no communication and transportation system.
“The place called Thori, near Birgunj is the real Ayodhya, where Lord Ram was born. In India there is great dispute on Ayodhya. But, there is no dispute in our Ayodhya,” Prime Minister Oli was quoted as saying by his press advisor Surya Thapa.
“Valmiki Ashram is also in Nepal and the holy place where King Dasharath had executed the rites to get the son is in Ridi, which is in Nepal,” he said. As Dasharath was the ruler of Nepal, it is natural that his son Ram was also born in Nepal, Oli argued. Therefore, real Ayodhya lies in Nepal, he claimed.
Many scientific inventions and knowledge originated in Nepal, but unfortunately such a rich tradition could not continue later, Oli said.
His allegations have been criticised by senior NCP leaders, including former prime minister ‘Prachanda’, who demanded Prime Minister Oli’s resignation, saying his recent anti-India remarks were “neither politically correct nor diplomatically appropriate.”
The India-Nepal bilateral ties came under strain after Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated a 80-km-long strategically crucial road connecting the Lipulekh pass with Dharchula in Uttarakhand on May 8. Nepal reacted sharply to the inauguration of the road claiming that it passed through Nepalese territory. India rejected the claim asserting that the road lies completely within its territory.
Recently, Nepal redrew the country’s political map through a constitutional amendment, incorporating three strategically important Indian areas. The Nepal Parliament also approved the new political map of the country featuring Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura areas which India maintains belong to it. India has already termed as “untenable” the artificial enlargement” of the territorial claims by Nepal.
Last week, Nepal stopped the transmission of all Indian private news channels except Doordarshan, accusing them of airing reports hurting the country’s national sentiment.

JKReTTF condemns misbehavior with Dir Edu Jammu
Jammu, 13 July 2020: The Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar e Taleem Teachers Forum (JKReTTF) has condemned the alleged misbehavior with Director School Education Jammu Miss Anuradha Gupta by an undisciplined politician of winter capital.
A JKReTTF spokesman in a statement has termed the political interference in official matters at Jammu Directorate of Education as unsavory and unfortunate and demanded registration of an FIR against the politician featuring in the video, for his unfounded and baseless allegations of corruption against Director Education Jammu. The spokesman said that Miss Anuradha Gupta is an able, honest and upright officer who is known for her hard work and promoting work culture in the department. “The politician has stooped so low and indulged in rude behavior and shouting at an officer of highest caliber and integrity. The higher authorities should take cognizance of the video footage and act tough against this unruly and undisciplined politician”.
The spokesman futher said that teaching fraternity of UT expresses solidarity with Director School Education Jammu and demands an end to this undue political interference in official matters of school education department. -
