JKRETTF Rajouri urged the LG to utilize the services of Employees for mass awareness among the villagers about Covid 19v.

Rajouri:- Aftab Ahmed Tantray District President Jammu Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum Rajouri urged the Honourable Leutinent Governor to utilize the services of Employees to create mass awareness among the villagers .The program of lockdown is very important and bold step taken by Honourable Prime Minister of India and the previous 21 days lockdown remained very successful throughout India with the efforts of District Administrations and active role of Medical staffers, police and frontline workers. As it’s not possible for District Administration to reach nook and corner of every village so its necessary to utilize the services of employees and Panchayati Raj Representatives in every village to with latest knowledge and precautions, preventive measures, masks sanitizers etc and the employees will aware the general public of village in this regard and the employee will also listen to their grievances regarding the essential commodities and send it to higher authorities for their redressal. The employee can act as a bridge between public and the District Administration.
Moreover the lockdown is not implemented in letter and spirit in villages.Still the boys are playing circket, play cards and other construction activities and social gatherings are still continue up to some extent and there is also no care taker of outside labourers presently staying in maximum villages of Jammu Kashmir .
Moreover it’s a social cause and a good opportunity to serve the humanity in the time of crisis in the whole world .
The Jammu Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum is quite hopeful that the Honorable LG will consider it for the safety of most precious human lives.

Altaf Bukhari talks to LG Murmu, seeks shifting of J&K residents Extends gratitude for revocation of PSA; ordering return of stranded residents

SRINAGAR, April 15: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday took up the issue of J&K residents who are stranded in various states of the country with the Lieutenant Governor G.S Murmu.

Talking to the Lieutenant Governor G.S Murmu on phone from Delhi, Bukhari sought his intervention in shifting of the stranded people of Jammu and Kashmir especially the students, pilgrims, labourers, businessmen and patients who are stuck-up in different parts of the country in view of the COVID-19 lockdown.

The JKAP president remarked that the Lieutenant Governor Murmu has agreed in principal to facilitate and allow the return of residents of J&K who are presently stranded at Madhopur-Pathankote and Lakhanpur entry points, today.

“There are around 4500 people of J&K who are stranded at these entry points despite completing their quarantine period and testing negative for the Coronavirus.  I am hopeful from my discussions with the Honb’le Lieutenant Governor that all these stranded residents of J&K including students, pilgrims and the businessmen would be allowed to return their homes from today,” Bukhari added.

He said that the Lieutenant Governor G.S Murmu has also assured him that within next two days, the J&K government will also facilitate evacuation of the residents of J&K especially the students and pilgrims who are stranded at Jaisalmer in Rajasthan and Amritsar in Punjab.

“Similarly, the Honb’le Lieutenant Governor has asked inhabitants of Kashmir valley who are stuck up in various parts of Jammu division to get themselves registered by approaching administration through phone for their return to their respective places,” he added.

Bukhari urged the Lieutenant Governor to use his good offices to get all the residents of J&K especially the labourers and students who are stuck up in various states and cities of the country including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Jharkhand, Goa, Kerala, Mumbai, Punjab, Haryana, Calcutta, Bhopal, Chennai, Bangalore and Himachal Pradesh to return to their homes as soon as possible.

“On the issue of stranded labourers and students, I informed the Lieutenant Governor that the Rabi crop season in Kashmir and the apple growers would get badly affected as the labourers required are stuck in different states due to restriction of their movement. Even most of the stranded students also belong to the farming community and they also extend a helping hand to their families in this season. The Honb’le Lieutenant Governor assured me that his office will take the matter on priority,” he added.

While thanking the Lieutenant Governor for his concern toward the plight of stranded residents of J&K, Bukhari said, his efforts will supplement the steps taken by the union home ministry in this direction. He said only collective efforts required in these testing times can address the sufferings of stranded people and families who are desperate for the return of their near and dear ones.

The JKAP president also extended gratitude to Lieutenant Governor for revocation of PSA detention orders against over 140 people who were lodged in different jails in and outside J&K. Bukhari termed the revocation of PSA against the political activists a significant move that will help in mitigating sufferings of their families in these hard times.

“It has been JKAP’s consistent demand that all the political activists and leaders including former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti be released to ease up their sufferings. Their release is much needed in light of the COVID-19 outbreak that has undone all other priorities except for saving precious lives,” Bukhari observed.

He said that hundreds of political activists who are presently detained outside J&K jails like Ambedkar Nagar, Lukhnow, Allahabad, Agra, Rai Bareli, Agartala and Tihar need to be shifted back to their native places and along with those political activist lodged in central jails of Srinagar and Jammu, be released at an earliest so as to ensure their safety from the COVID pandemic.

“Amin Academy Bunjwah, An asset of Bunjwah that gives unsung heroes across Jammu and Kashmir”,

    SHAFQAT SHEIKH

Across the erstwhile district Doda, Bunjwah is having its own status and figure in various fields, where reowned spritural, religious preacher, KAS and KPS Administrators across Jammu and Kashmir. Having too much natural beauties, evergreen forests, springs, tourist spot, lofty mountains, fertile brains and many more. Among all this, Bunjwah is having an assest in education sector under the name of “Amin Academy Bunjwah” established in the year 1998 and recoginised by Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education upto 8th class and having enroll of students more than 400 that have given unsung heroes across Jammu and Kashmir. The institution from its establishment have progressed best at the best in providing better education, physical activities, social and moral chracter to the students hailing from poor and middle class families on a very low fee structure.
The institution is being run by a bold lady Mrs Zahida Shabir, despite of strong family resistance, when she was married two decades back to a distant village Jawalapur in Bunjwah, a place nestled in between lofty and snow capped mountains and had to reach her house by walking more than 06 kms on feet on a hill lock from Kewapull @Glody. No roads, No Communication, No means of entertainment, and full of fears whether a girl brought up in an urban atmosphere could ever adjust in simple and rural society that too was one of the remotest and backward region of the than district Doda.
Zahida Shabir married to Shabir Ahmed Butt than Patwari in Revenue Departnment and now Lecturer in Urdu posted at Government Higher Secondry School Binoon began her journey with a scratch and rose to the zenith of success. Zahida Shabir, after being denied and cheated by Officers, Politicial Nexus, She couldn't get her RET job thrice despite having merit and she didn't give up and started her own journey.
Starting her own school in two rooms of deserted structure made of mud and wooden logs. By leaps, bounds and herculian efforts, the school today is one of the best institutuons in the entire Jammu division with two more branches in the adjoining villages. The best part is that the school has hundreds of orphans and poor students who are given free education and all other facilities. The institution is having its own building of 16classrooms, 01 Office, 02 Examination Halls, 04 Toilets, 60X80 feet playground, 22 staff members including teaching, non teaching, sweepers and peon among which all the expensise are beared upon the low collection of fees.
The institution has been getting top positions in board exams with a continuous trail of Number One for over a decade now. I am proud of being a student of Amin Academy and salute the journey, intelligence, dedication and belief in Mrs Zahida Shabir. It would be injustice not to mention her ever loving, caring husband Lecturer Shabir Bhat who stood like a rock besides her since this hard working couple are the real life heroes who are having dedication toward the welfare of society. While addresing in morning assembly prayers the principal of institution Mr. Ghansara Singh laid stress upon students that your competition is on National and International level and you have to achive the goal.
The institution is now a day became an asset for Bunjwah that provides basic education to students of entire Bunjwah and had created a historic example of serving the society.
