أولاد آدم کو اس موذی وائرس سے نجات دلوانے میں ا ہم سب اپنی اپنی ذمہ داریاں پوری کریں بلکہ اس عظیم مقصد کے حصول تک ایک فیصلہ کن جنگ لڑیں ۔غور طلب ہے کہ کرونا نامی اس مہلک ترین مرض نے اس وقت تک پوری انسانیت کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیا ہے تاوقت ہزاروں انسان اپنی زندگی کی لڑائی ہار چکے ہیں جبکہ لاکھوں انسان زندگی اور موت کی کشمکش میں مبتلا ہیں ۔اور پوری عالمی برادری اس وقت اس قدرتی آفات سے حاصل کرنے کے لئے انتہائی فکر مند ہے آے اس عظیم مقصد کے حصول کے لئے ہم تمامی حضرات بھی سرکار خصوصاً مقامی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے جاری ہدایات پر سختی سے عمل درآمد کریں تاکہ انسانیت کو اس موذی وباء سے نجات دلانے میں حکومت کو آپنا تعاون بھی دیں۔اور ساتھ ہی اس عالمی وباء سے چھٹکارا حاصل کرنے کے لئے اپنے اپنے عقائد اور مذاہب کے بنیادی اصولوں کے مطابق بھی اپنی کوششیں تیز کر دیں تاکہ انسانیت کو مزید نقصان سے بچایا جا سکے۔

People should follow preventive measures strictly: Nakul Sharma
Kalakote, 26th day of March, 2020: Nakul Sharma, State Secretary, J&K Pradesh Youth Congress expressed serious concern over the alarming situation arising out of coronavirus across the world.
Mr. Sharma appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to strictly follow the preventive measures and guidelines suggested by World Health Organization and medical experts for preventing the deadly disease and saving precious human lives from spreading further and has also appealed to people to stay indoors to prevent its spread.
Mr. Sharma thanked the doctors across the nation and the belt forces including J&K Police for standing still on their duties at this crucial time and helping nation from overcome this deadly disease.
Mr. Sharma urged upon the center and J&K administration to review their decision for restoration of 4g internet services in Jammu and Kashmir also said that in view of this global health crisis that has spread through out world, 4G internet facility should be immediately restored in J&K.

Rajouri lockdown : Violators booked, police appeals people to perform Friday prayers from homes
Rajouri،March 26:- The lockdown in Rajouri district amid COVID19 spread continued on Thursday with all the areas of the district remained under curbs enforced by law enforcement agencies.
Police said that people from all walks of life are staying inside doors and are properly following health advisories and restrictions ordered by authorities.
Police informed that a few person found violating the orders were booked.
One Rajesh Kumar son of Sat Pal resident of Bhawani Nowshera was found indulged in construction work by engaging eight laborers after which a case under relevant sections have been registered against the accused whereas a tractor driver Mohammad Zubair son of Mohammad Chiriya resident of Dandesar Nowshera and a Tata Mobile driver Suresh Kumar son of Jagdish Raj resident of Akhnoor have been booked after duo were found plying their vehicles in violation of government orders.
Police in Rajouri have also appealed people to offer Friday prayers from their house and to avoid going to religious places on this Friday.

COVID 19 – DM visit Rajouri town, inspect availability of essential commodities, reviews implementation of restrictions
Rajouri,March,26: In order to take a first hand appraisal of availability of essential commodities in town and to check the complaints of overcharging by some traders, a team of district administration Rajouri on Thursday visited the old town.The team also reviewed the implementation of the restriction in the town.
Team was headed by District Magistrate Rajouri Mohammad Nazir Sheikh alongwith Senior Superintendent of Police Rajouri Chandan Kohli, Additional Superintendent of Police Liaqat Choudhary, District Panchayat Officer Abdul Khabir,besides other senior officers.
The officers interacted with the traders running their business establishments of essential commodities and asked them to display a rate list in front of shops so that customers can be fully clear about the price of commodities.
The traders were also directed to ensure customers maintain necessary social distance.He stressed to avoid any kind of gathering and said that maintaining social distance can largely help to combat the virus.
The DM also appealed to the people to cooperate with administration and follow the 21 days Nationwide lockdown announced by the Prime Minister religiously by staying at home, maintaining social distancing and not venturing out on roads and streets.
Later,the DM also visited Manjakote to review the arrangements being put in place for the Quarantine centres established in Manjakote.

ضلع انتظامیہ راجوری کی کمان اسی علاقہ کے سپوت جناب نزیر شیخ صاحب کے ہاتھ میں ہے۔ جس دن کروانا وائرس نے ہندوستان میں دستک دی ہے۔ اس دن سے لگاتار نزیر شیخ جو اس وقت ضلع ترقیاتی کمشنر راجوری ہیں اپنے فرائض منصبی سے اوپر اٹھ کر عوام کے بچاو کے لیے دن رات ایک کر رہے ہیں۔ پہلی بار ایسا دیکھا گیا کہ ضلع ترقیاتی کمشنر خود مائک پکڑ کر سڑکوں پر اعلان کرے کہ لوگ اپنے گھروں میں رہیں ہم ہر سہولیات دستاب کریں گے۔ ان کی زاتی ہمدردی کا اثر یہ دیکھا گیا ہے کہ تمام انتظامیہ کے رفقا کار بھی انتھک محنت کر رہے ہیں۔ نزیر شیخ صاحب کی دانشمندی کی بنا پر راجوری کےتمام علاقہ سندربنی سے بی جی اور ڈی کے جی سے مہور تک کی چھان بین کی جا رہی ہے کہ کوئی ایسا شخص نہ ہو جو اس بیماری میں مبتلا ہو اورماندہ لوگوں میں پھیلا سکے۔ انہوں نے ایسے مریضوں کو رکھنے کے لیے اعلی انتظام کیے ہیں جس میں ہوسٹلوں کو کورنٹائن سنٹر میں تبدیل کیا ہے۔ البتہ ان کی اولین کوشش ہے کہ راجوری کے کسی بھی فرد کو اس بیماری سی نقصان نہ ہو۔ اللہ ان کی کوششوں کو ضرور قبول فرماے گا انشااللہ۔
دوسری طرف جن کا دارومدار ہی عوام پر ہے نہ ان کی اپنی کو ئی قابلیت ہوتی ہے نہ انہوں نے کسی بورڈ کو پاس کیا ہوتا ہے کہ یہ عوامی نمائندے بن کر کرسی اور تنخواہ کے ساتھ پینشن کے مستحق بن جاتے ہیں۔ آج یہ عوامی گلیاروں سےغائب اور کسمپرسی کی زندگی بسر کر رہے ہیں۔ جب کے اولین فرض ان سیاست دانوں کا بنتا تھا کہ یہ تنہا ایک ایک گھر میں دستک دیتے انہیں گھر میں بیٹھنے کےساتھ ساتھ ان کو کسی کھانے پینے یا دوسری کسی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے تو انہیں مہیا کرواتے یا پھر انتظامیہ کے سامنے رکھتے۔ لیکن ان کا مقصد اور ان کا فرض ان کے رویے کو دیکھتے ہوے بس یہی لگتا ہے کہ زندہ عوام کا ووٹ حاصل کرنا۔ چند سیاستدانوں کا رویہ جو سوشل میڈیا میں کہیں دکھائی دے رہا ہے انکی پوسٹ اسیے غیر زمہ داری والی ہے جیسے ان کا عوام کی جانوں سے کوئی لینا دینا ہی نہیں ہے۔ انہیں بس تنقید ہی کا زمہ ہے جس کو یہ باخوبی سرانجام دے رہے ہیں۔ کیا جو آفیسر ان اس وقت کام کر رہے ہیں انہیں کرونا سے خطرہ نہیں ہے جتنا سیاست دانوں کو ہے۔ سیاست دانوں کاایک اہم کردار بنتا ہے ایسے ہی وقت میں جب بے بسی کا عالم ہوتا ہے تو یہ چٹان کے طرح عوام کے سامنے کھڑے دکھائی دیں۔
اس وقت جتنے بھی لوگ کام کر رہے ہین میڈکل عملہ، پولیس عملہ، ضلع انتظامیہ، میڈیا کے لوگ پوری عوام آپ کے پیچھے کھڑی ہے۔ آپ کو دل سے دعائیں اور آپ کی بہادری کو سلام پیش کر رہے ہیں۔ آپ تمام کی حواصلہ افزائی کےلیے پیغام۔ لیاقت چودھری۔
