So under these circumstances Chairman JKHDF Sayeed Mughal requested the Worthy Deputy Commissioner Rajouri to kindly pay ur kind attention to this regard and direct the concerned Authorities to replace this chair with a new one so the people may not suffer further.

    Kishtwar April  13:– In a blatant violation of Model Code of Conduct ,
    Assistant Professor HOD Chemistry Shri Babu Ram posted at GDC Doda caught in camera with Ex MLA Doda Shakti Raj Parihar during election campaign rally in Jodhpur area of Doda district.
    As the video went viral on social media and election campaign rally was held on 16 Mar despite Model Code of Conduct was introduced earlier in first week of Mar . Beside yet no action has been iniated against said employee who happens to be incharge of NCC GDC Doda wing.
    Source revealed that Shri Babu Ram is clearly seen in visuals that are taking troll on social media but due to undue benifits of some blued eyed persons DEO Doda failed to taking action against erring employee who voilated Model Code of Conduct.
    The public has appealed to DC Doda to act strictly against the erring employees so that fair parliamentary elections are ensured.
