    Jammu, February 03:-: Rashtriya Volunteer Youth Organization an NGO working for the welfare of underprivileged people and border dwellers today organised a charity program there in Ghani Dhrati Panchayat Halqa of border town Mendhar wherein the NGO functionaries along with special invitee and Chief Guest Dr Shazad Malik renowned academician distributed Cooking gas kits and stationery items amongst the widows and students belonging to underprivileged class.

    On this occassion while addressing the gathering Dr Shazad appreciated the efforts of Sardar Gurdeep Singh Saraf and RK Bittta senior members of the NGO for their gesture in reaching to the most vulnerable section of the society in border town and providing sort of succor to them.
    Dr. Shazad in his address also thanked Local Panchayat members including Sarpanch of Ghani Dhrati Panchayat and GaganDeep Kour, Ward Panch for hosting such event. He said though it is the duty of the government to provide aid and relief to the needy and poor but even the responsible citizens should also share this burden of the government.

    سجاد اقبالکوٹرنکہ//کوٹرنکہ میں سٹیٹ نیشنل بنک کی برانچ کھولنے کی مانگ کرتے ہوئے مقامی لوگوں نے کہا کہ وہ بنکنگ سہولیات سے محروم ہیں ۔ انہوںنے کہاکہ اس وقت یہاں چل رہے بنک صارفین کو سہولیات سے فراہم کرنے میں ناکام دکھائی دے رہے ہیں۔ انہوںنے کہاکہ عوامی مشکلات اور یہاں کی آبادی کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے سٹیٹ نیشنل بنک کی شاخ کھولی جانی چاہئے ۔مقامی سماجی کارکنان انجنیر انجنیر سجاد ، جاویر اقبال ،الطاف احمد ، وغیرہ نے کہا کہ کوٹرنکہ تحصیل میں سٹیٹ نیشنل بنک کی برانچ کھل جانے سے صارفین کی مشکلات میں بہت زیادہ کمی واقع ہوگی ۔ انہوںنے ضلع انتظامیہ سے اپیل کی کہ اس سلسلے میں عوام کی مدد کی جائے ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ کوٹرنکہ کے کئی طلباء بیرون ریاست میں زیر تعلیم ہیں جنہیں پیسہ بھیجنے کے لئے والدین کو راجوری جانا پڑتا ہے ، لہذا تمام پریشانیوں سے نجات کیلئے یہاں بنک کی شاخ کھولی جائے ۔

    Poonch February,03:-National Conference today said that develop deficit has started to affect Poonch district as previous state government failed to come up with any solid approach for the people of this border district.

    This was stated by national conference senior leader and provincial president of party’s youth wing Ajaz Jan during a meeting held at Bandichachi village of Poonch.

    In his address, Ajaz Jan said that NC government started several vital projects for Poonch which were shelved by previous government thereby putting the district in a state of governance deficit.

    He further said that many new administrative units were also opened by than NC government in second phase but previous government even shelved that order.

    He said that community development block was also setup at Nangali Sahib by than NC government and people are receiving immense benefit.

    Jan also asked party cadre to hike their mass contact programme as elections are few months ahead and some forces are also working to divide people on the name of caste and religion.

    Earlier, in this public meeting, people from the area highlight their issue and complained about various vital developmental projects been put to halt by previous government.
